Ivory Freeman Honored with "A Salute to Women Who Inspire Us" Award

On June 25, 2009 at Sony Pictures Studios, the Bessie Morris Foundation and founder Ivory Freeman, were honored by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) America - Southern California (ACCA-SoCal) Chapter and the law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) with an award called "A Salute to Women Who Inspire Us."

Barbara Carrasco, renowned Chicana artist and muralist was also honored with the award.
